Happy New Year to all my fellow streamers!

Just as a few side notes...I have some good news to go with the new years wishes!

 I got a JOB!

The job is with the County Nursing Home on the 11am-7pm shift with benfits and a union ! The pay is excellent. (just over $11/hr with the shift differential) I got the hours I really wanted and at the place I really wanted to work on the first try! I am very excited. I figure that I will work while the kids are asleep at night and sleep while they are in school during the day and then I will be able to be with them in the afternoons while they do homework, activies and ect and I can still tuck them in at night and say their prayers with them every night. I am extactic.I get to be working just one floor above the floor that my gram lives on. I get to see my gram and keep an eye on her whenever I am not on duty!

My mom took me out and we got a bunch of new scrubs for the job to celebrate as I only had some white ones from schooling, and white scrub pants for those who don't know, are impractial and boring to say the least. I got some of the prettiest colors and the nicest patterns. I got at least 7 tops and 7 pants that can all mix and match together to wear alot of different outfits.

 I can wear my Croc shoes that I love to death to work cause they are SO comfortable. If you have never worn a pair of Croc shoes you are sorely missing out on some heavely footwear ! Okay, so they aren't the most astecially pleasing shoes out there. My kids call them my Ugly Shoes. They are like downy pillows to walk on and are even washable in the dishwasher someone told me! They clean great and you can wear them all year long if you have some good thick socks.( Which I do have incidently.) I even got to go get a new bra for the occasion. Come on girls, you all know how good it is to have a new bra, right? LOL

Seriously, there is something to the feeling of a good bra that fits right to make you feel ready to take on a new challenge. I even got measured and was SO surprised to find out the size I had been buying for as long as I could remember was way off the right one. I mean I was getting a 42DDD and thinking that it was the best I could do until I went to this great store in the mall and got measured and found out that there are actually bras that come in sizes ABOVE that. I had no idea! What an education. This really great saleswoman gave me this awsome and may I say, actually pretty bra in a 42G and I thought, wow that is never gonna fit me, it must be a typo, they don't make them in that letter, do they? They DO ! It is great! My girls are at attention now!  Bless that little sales girls heart, she must have thought I was retarded I had such a smile on my face when I left the store. I insisted that she let me put on my new bra in the dressing room and then trash my old one before I left. I just couldn't even stand the thought of putting on that yucky saggy thing after being properly placed in the right size one. I feel great! I think I look thinner and that my posture is better too...Not a bad side effect if you ask me ! LOL

Was all that a TMI rant ? Oh well, I am so happy It just ain't funny.
